I am a Christian, homeschooling mom of 12... yes 12 children... 5 were born to us...7 God led to us through foster care and adoption! We have 12 grandchildren.

I love being a wife, mom, grandma, teacher and writer. My children are involved in sports of all types (baseball, softball, gymnastics, etc.). They are also avid musicians... right now our current musical passions are piano, guitar and banjo.

I love the outdoors & photography!  I love to capture real life with my camera. Much of my 'real life' revolves around children. I love photographing animals and nature too... and anything ordinary that is extraordinary! I really believe pictures tell stories that sometimes words just can't paint. Although I'm pretty 'in love' with words too!

An addiction to the ocean and a love for Shetland Sheepdogs keeps me smiling. Baseball is one of my biggest passions! I like yogurt smoothies and rainy summer days, except on baseball days.
